Selena was named Female Singer and performer at the Tejano Music Awards in 1986. Selena Y Los Dinos grew in recognition and popularity from that moment on. They've been featured in a number of Spanish TV shows such as El Show De Johnny Canales Siempre En Domingo as well as Sabado Gigante.
